Building on the Teaching of Krishnamacharya
The International Svastha Yoga Therapy Program brings you the most effective aspects of traditional yoga and ayurveda combined with modern medicine.
Designed especially for yoga teachers and advanced yoga practitioners, the program should also be of interest to people from related fields.
Specific guidelines for different conditions and general treatment principles will be detailed, empowering you to safely and effectively address disabilities and ill-health through yoga.
Our goal is to enable participants to integrate newly acquired knowledge immediately in their teaching, particularly in private one-to-one sessions.
This international professional certificate program consists of 7 modules (300 hours in total). Each training module is a 5 day intensive. You receive a certificate for each module along with other benefits that you read about below.
Each module is designed as an independent module. You do not need to take them in chronological order. You can choose to attend all 7 modules, a few, or only one based.

ORIGINS OF SVASTHA
The word Svastha in Sanskrit refers to the state of complete health and balance.
The greatest influence on yoga in modern times was undoubtedly the legendary 20th century yogi, Sri T. Krishnamacharya – a master of yoga, scholar of all Indian philosophies and a healer.

A. G. Mohan, Ganesh Mohan's farther, was a personal student of Sri T. Krishnamacharya for 18 years. With his wife, Indra Mohan, he founded Svastha Yoga organization.
